I.T Support Technician-Hardware/Software

ORTUKA ICT CENTRE is searching for an experienced IT support technician to join our team and help our clients get the support they need. As an ideal candidate, you are required to have proven experience maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks, solving complex technical issues, and collaborating with team members across all departments and external users to assist them with their technical requirements.

Typical duties and responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently
  • Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problems
  • Maintain technical support procedures and reports
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
  • Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Provide insight into technical requirements
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary

Education and experience

  • At least have in possession of a Diploma in computer science or any I.T a related course from a recognized institution
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

  • Experience with a variety of software, hardware, and applications

  • Excellent customer service skills in solving technical issues

Preferred qualifications

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will help to drive the sales of ORTUKA ICT CENTRE products with existing and new customers by responding in a timely manner to leads generated through incoming phone, email, web and live chat inquiries. The ideal candidate will effectively create and execute against outbound prospecting and sales campaigns, while working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as with end customers, resellers, and the entire service management group.

Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely manner to incoming phone, email, and web inquiries, and respond timely to leads generated by marketing, promotions, and sales executives to provide high-quality lead generation
  • Actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, prospecting, networking, and social media activity – pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for requests for information general follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in Salesforce
  • Meet all minimum requirements for monthly, quarterly, and annual contact activity
  • Develop account profiles, mine, and identify key buying personas and report important account developments in a timely fashion
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on printer products and services and industry trends
  • Demonstrates commitment to ORTUKA ICT CENTRE Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills you must Have

Required:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • An interest in Sales and 3D Printing Technology
  • A positive-can do attitude
  • Must be results driven and self-motivated

Preferred:

  • Inside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Bilingual is a plus

Creative Designer

ORTUKA ICT  is hiring an experienced art director with a passion for creativity and an eye for design to lead our highly skilled art department. An art director must have exceptional leadership skills in order to guide projects and communicate their vision effectively to others. The ideal candidate has both artistic and marketing experience that will aid in promoting our company brand. If you have the vision to identify what speaks to consumers and the ability to inspire others to clearly execute said vision, you may be the perfect fit for our company.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the visual look for all of our client’s traditional and digital work, from inception to completion.
  • Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all channels and campaigns, ie, the materials are aesthetically engaging, the messaging is clear, the client’s branding and style is adhered to, and the product is of high quality and error-free
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts and/or work through challenges
  • Ability to work well with copywriters
  • Ability to firmly grasp the strategic intent and translate this into beautifully conceived, persuasive work that delivers the client’s objectives
  • Technically proficient and able to be independently hands-on to personally produce all elements required for projects and campaigns
  • Able to pitch concepts internally to the Creative Director and/or Strategy Team

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in design, fine arts, graphic arts or communications.
  • Minimum of two to five years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of all Adobe packages, image manipulation, illustration, and animation
  • Broad understanding of marketing design and layout
  • Experience in generating a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts
  • Confidence to explain and support your thinking
  • Flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients
  • Keen eye for visual details and accuracy
  • Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of branding and brand systems, brand repositioning, marketing campaigns, and creative development for traditional and digital tactics is required
  • Able and willing to travel to assist with on-location projects, such as photo or video shoots
